The Session

The session is individually tailored to your needs based on an initial discussion with me. This may include gentle holding, pressing with palms, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet on the meridians, as well as rotations and stretches to tone your energy and help to bring about a relaxed and invigorated state.

  • You lie on a soft futon during the session and remain fully clothed throughout.
  • A course of sessions may be recommended based on your needs.
  • Please wear loose, warm, comfortable clothing e.g. sweatshirt, tracksuit trousers and socks. It is advisable to arrive about 5 minutes early if you need to change.
  • Please do not eat heavily before a session and avoid alcohol.
  • After treatment drink plenty of water to smooth the flow of changes through the system and rest if possible.
